Posted: 02 Nov 2020 07:33 PM PST It was on easy because im still very new to the game but i used the federation B ship and won! i had max shields, lvl three cloaking (which helped out sooo much because of stealth weapons) hull laser, 2 heavy laser I weapons, and a S bomb. it ended up being very close at the end but now i wanna beat it with every ship! submitted by /u/That_one_guy445 [link] [comments]

RNGsus is NOT our lord and savior. Posted: 02 Nov 2020 04:55 PM PST Having a bit of a rage meltdown at the moment. Doing an Engi A hard run, and the RNG is having none of it. Found plenty of shops so far (Currently in sector 4), but literally zero weapons, zero drone reactor boosters, and zero drone recovery arms. As a matter of fact, only one store had any augments. I just transferred enemy crew to a different ship! Posted: 02 Nov 2020 05:33 AM PST Not particularly useful but interesting anyway. I was doing some diving and beacon hopping back to the exit in sector 6. I was just suffocating some boarders when I jumped and as I arrived at the next beacon the enemy boarders were transported back to the rebel ship. Best way to deal with boss boarding in phase 3? Posted: 02 Nov 2020 06:45 AM PST What's the most effective way to deal with this? There are so many boarders! Finally got a fantastic run with stealth B on hard, preigniter and extra hull beam in sector 2, hacking in sector 3. Most ships got one-shotted, boss phase 1 and 2 did maybe 3 points hull damage between them. Boss phase 3 still ate me up! Countering mind control with my own mind control was fine, but all those boarders stole my crew's lunch money. Is there a good way of dealing with this? I'd like to turn this truckload of salt into learning how to handle boss boarders properly and give the boss an ugly, ugly beating submitted by /u/rshotmaker [link] [comments]
