Ghosts of the Federation, an FTL Novel Six Years in the Making - NOW ON KINDLE! Posted: 22 Jan 2020 05:37 PM PST While I marshal my wits to rethink this story into something that can survive outside of the FTL copyright - a task that, I am realizing, will involve making the story a good bit longer, so good news for those who want more Katarek - it has come up repeatedly that many would like to read it, but not on the outdated and inhospitable fanfiction.net. It became clear that a kindle version was necessary. Download the .azw3 if you have a Kindle, or the .epub if you have a non-Kindle e-reader. Both should be properly formatted and good to go. I believe you'll need to plug your Kindle in and drag-and-drop it over - Amazon doesn't support emailing azw3 files to your Kindle. Anyway, it worked for getting it onto my wife's Kindle. Let me know if you have any problems or need it in any other format. .azw3: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8mYMpPbdKMnWUsyeU9rSGtxLVBWNTNkeE85M1Q3ci05MWlF/view?usp=sharing .epub: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11P5ec-jZXzyNGFkju5Vjg4zZ7IaPWdj-/view?usp=sharing [link] [comments]

I've been listening to the FTL soundtrack but I can't find this one song. Posted: 22 Jan 2020 02:35 PM PST It's that one song during combat where it sounds stuttery if that makes sense? Like it doesn't stutter but the instrument starts and stops really rapidly. It happens mostly in Engi sectors in combat I've noticed, but looking at the Engi battle theme and the others yield no results. I might have somehow missed it, but I'm p sure I went over all of the themes and didn't find it. [link] [comments]
What is the highest percent-victory win anyone has consistently achieved? A.k.a. how fair is FTL? Posted: 22 Jan 2020 09:10 AM PST I can't seem to immediately find this data. How often do the absolute best players win, on Hard, on Random ship? EDIT: I'm talking about no rerolling despite potentially getting a bad Sector 1. [link] [comments]

settings.ini doesn't appear in the game install path Posted: 22 Jan 2020 02:29 PM PST What gives? Trying to do the borderless fullscreen fix via editing the settings into it, but the settings file is nowhere to be found. [link] [comments]
Nvidia integer scaling same as opengl? Posted: 22 Jan 2020 04:20 AM PST I heard just recently Nvidia has integer scaling implemented for FTL type games to make it crispier in their control panel but its on turing cards only: Since i don't have a turing card aka 20xx series, and now using the below opengl32.dll mod: https://www.reddit.com/r/ftlgame/comments/6583pt/no_more_blurry_scaling/ Are these 2 essentially the same or is the nvidia version better? Anyone can test this out if you have a 20xx nvidia card and compare to this opengl32.dll mod? (Fullscreen (on stretch)) I guess u also need a 1440p monitor. [link] [comments] |
