3 achievements and a ship unlock in 1 minute! Posted: 21 Nov 2020 07:16 PM PST Fun run! Was taking the Slug A out to earn the BioBeam achievement (Disintegrator Ray), I arrived in a sector, and got the Home Sweet Home achievement (visit 30 nebulas), the previous sector I was gifted the Weapon Pre-igniter, so blasted the enemy and earned They Never Saw It Coming (kill ship before they get a shot off), jumped to the next sector, and it was a 6 room ship, so I sent my two slugs over by teleporter, and put one on each side, and earned We're In Position (have vision of every room of enemy ship), which then unlocked Slug B. Icing on the cake was that I actually defeated the mothership, too (on easy). Flagship hacking fun Posted: 21 Nov 2020 08:11 AM PST Just had maybe my unluckiest game of all time. Running Zoltan B with three ion blast and a burst laser mk3. Got to the Flagship, he hacks my weapons. No big deal, I jump to the Federation base. He hacks my weapons again... Ok, jump away, jump back. And... guess what happens next. My weapons get hacked a third time! So between hacking and cloaking, I'm making about 1/10 burst laser charge per cloak. I get within spitting distance of shooting a volley, and then he missiles my weapons. What did I do to deserve this? submitted by /u/SKOElephant [link] [comments]
