Merging profiles Posted: 20 Jul 2020 10:02 AM PDT Hi, I recently restarted playing the game after ages. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my old savefile and Steam did not sync it down for me, so I had to start from the beginning and unlock everything. Until I tried installing FTL on linux: the old savefile synced perfectly. Seems like Steam does not sync across platforms for FTL. Now I have two savefiles with two different sets of victories and unlocks. Is there an easy way to merge these? Ideally I'd keep all the achievements and victories in both. I tried using https://github.com/jmaygarden/ftl-tools/, but it didn't work, presumably because the savefile format has changed. submitted by /u/Manishearth [link] [comments]
