I took y'all's advice on the level four shields, and managed to defeat the flagship with Slug B! This was supposed to be a Slug C unlock run, but I'll take the W.

Over 300 hours played, even more on tablet, and yet somehow all this time I've hit open all doors, then manually opened the airlocks everytime I've had boarders...
