SO as someone how hasnt played advnaved, ina while, are flak guns any good? Posted: 17 Apr 2020 08:12 AM PDT The last time I played burst lasers and ion were the most deadly weapons (plus if you have pike beam its amazing). Im noticing lots of new systems and seeing many, many enemy ships with flak guns. I ignored them when i saw low accuracy since I had two burst laser 2s, 1 1 and a BL 3. i tought I could take the flagship with this, but then power started darning from one of my systems and I lost Relooking at flak I realize it looks more like a shield shredder than anything?
