- Ok so maybe I’m a little evil sometimes
- In my 300 hours of playing this game, I have never been offered a better deal
- Due to Covid19, the Federation imposed social distancing rules on all ships. Norbert will have to do this all alone. Wish him luck.
- What are some FTL loopholes you wish you didn't know?
- Not bad, not bad...
- How does an enemy ship hit me if I'm cloaked?
- I beat the flagship for the first time ever today! (On easy, 'cause I'm a filthy casual) :)
- My learning curve for stealth cruiser
- I have never seen so many blue options in a single encounter
- The best crew a Slug B could ask for
- How often do you buy teleporter on ships that don't start with one?
- OMG. Idk if it’s really that impressive or not but I did it. After over a week of taking a crack at it, taking about 8 swings at the flagship and probably about 20 good long runs, I have finally cleared hard mode. So happy.
- I'm trying to beat normal, which ship should I use/tips for ships I like?
- I am at full health but come on these repair spawns are really not wanting to be flown to

What are some FTL loopholes you wish you didn't know? Posted: 04 May 2020 11:02 PM PDT Things that you know are there but shouldn't be and are kind of a grind to execute, and you've promised yourself not to use them, but then you just had an unlucky run and you're barely limping to the next Beacon, and it's just this one time, you swear...

How does an enemy ship hit me if I'm cloaked? Posted: 05 May 2020 01:51 AM PDT I'm trying the stealth B and a few times today I've ended up getting hit (in the weapons room...) by a missile while cloaked. I thought the cloak let you avoid all hits completely. If I've not even fired the glaive, how can I have disturbed my cloak? This is early enough on that I've only assigned a single energy bar to engines but two to the cloak, if that makes any difference. [link] [comments]

How often do you buy teleporter on ships that don't start with one? Posted: 04 May 2020 08:33 PM PDT I usually go Cloaking-Hacking-Mind Control on gunships, but I'm wondering if maybe teleporter is better than mind control. I'm thinking particularly about Hard, where it doesn't trivialize the flagship so much. I guess my main question would be what stuff do you need to have before you consider buying a teleporter. Particularly, what's the minimum you need for it to be worth buying, like is having 2 mantis crew good enough or do you also need a decent missile weapon to support it, etc. [link] [comments]

I'm trying to beat normal, which ship should I use/tips for ships I like? Posted: 04 May 2020 12:33 PM PDT I've got most of the ships from easy play-throughs (missing mantis C, rock C, and both crystals), and I've now started normal runs. I keep dying, especially once three shields come out. Now I've seen lots of tips already, so I'm asking for what ship would y'all recommend? I also have a list of my favourite ships, if you have any tips for them, please send them Ships I like and have played a decent amount with: Ships I like but haven't played a lot of: Ships I can't stand (tips for these would still be nice): [link] [comments]
