I had dozens of Easy runs over a variety of ships in non-AE, and even a couple Normal wins. In the 10 Easy runs of AE I've tried, I haven't been able to get to the Flagship. Seems like the early sectors are a lot harder than in non-AE, also seems like there's a lot more missiles in the early sectors when you don't have much. Is it just a case of git gud or did AE actually make the early sectors a lot harder?

Ion Storm newly appear in already visited beacon

I just had a quite good run with Engi B an reached the exit (nebula) of Sector 5. I regognized I could visit 3 more beacons befor rebels took over the Sector. It where two nebulas followed by a ship beacon (lang range scanner). I had an Halberd, Heavy Laser I and a Hulk Laser. My defense where a Defense Drone I with Drone Recovery Arm, Lv6 Shield and lv5 Engines. Since I don't had to fear ASB I decided to Visite the beacons. Everything wenn fine but as I went in my way back to Exit in the Durst nebula I gut an Ion storm. Thos was was nur eben worse on the next I also had an Ion Storm. On both Jacobs there wehre no Ion Storm before. I managed to reach the Exit with 1 Hulk Pointe and chen I gut killed by the rebels. I only lost because this two ion storms. Dir anyone else had such randvoll appearing Ion Storms in Alters Visite beacons? It was on normal.
