- How is shooting your guns supposed to affect your cloak, or vice versa? The "cloak guns mod" to your ship says it fixes that problem, but it doesnt actually seem to exist.

- In my opinion, the game would've probably been easier to learn and more enjoyable in the first 10 hours if they'd had 3 kestrel versions at start.

If kestrel A-C were unlocked for the beginning of the game, and each one focused on a particular aspect, such as A being middle of the road, B starting with focus on cloak and high evasion, and C focusing on shields, drones, and scanner upgrades, people have a kind of stepping stone to the stealth ship, engi ships, and can have access to different ships early on, while learning the idiosyncrasies of gameplay. IIRC it used to reveal the outcome by showing the crew reward -- i.e. if you see the crew icon, then it's safe to take. Also, has anyone tested what happens in the Engi research station event, if you save the Engi when you only have one crew? Do you insta-lose because you briefly have no crew?
