Doing a run atm, and have this dilemma of what weapon loadout to use. Same total power usage. Im currently using the former, but drawn to the latter just for the ROF .. like i pretty much have to wait till the HL2 is fully charged before firing the ion blast anyway, so being able to fire off two ions before the HL1 charges in 9 seconds is pretty tempting
