    Context: I was running the Stealth B this game. Usually I'd deal with most of the crew by hacking the shields on stage 1 and 2 and focus shots there to guarantee a few kills. Bonus points if MC is involved.
    But with the Glaive beam, this would get a bit harder.
    Supplemented with the tiny peeny weeny 2 man medbay, 4 Zoltans and some humans and engi, this ships and her crew would not fare too well in stage 3.

    Now for the LPT y'all came here for.
    Let your ship be boarded by a few rebels on stage 3, i.e. 4 enemy boarders, and then jump away.
    Afterwards you can kill them easily. This saves a lot of headache, especially whe shits on fire and systems need to be repaired at the same time.
    This tip works best when stage 2 is fought at the Federation base so you can jump in and out and not on the fed base and therefore counting the doom timer down.

    Mods that won’t damage your save file?

    I'm just getting into FTL mods and have installed a few. I have a question, though. For mods that replace old ships, weapons, areas, etc, will those damage my save file in any way? I don't want to get a win on a modded ship and then go back To vanilla and have a win on a real ship that I never actually won on. What can I do to stop this from happening?
