This absolute unit of a ship going into the final stage without taking damage in the first two. If only the glaive or the cloak had one more second to charge so I could’ve had a no damage win. Oh well, at least the rebels were stopped.
Is this game even beatable with Rock A?
This is so painful
We Engi don't feel things the same way other species do.
My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

I tackled one of the hardest ships in Hard difficulty. After dozens of restarts in S1 and, I finally found a good build and completed the redemption arc of the Stealth B !

Is this game even beatable with Rock A?

Seems like I get to sector 2 or 3 with some missiles left if I'm careful, but without any decent weapons in stores idk how you're meant to keep going. The best I've managed is sector 5 by using missiles (sparingly) to take down shields and combat drones to attack, but eventually ran out of both missiles and drone parts. I had pre-igniter on that run, but even with that advantage it isn't viable once the enemies start appearing with three shield bars. I also get destroyed if the enemy has Zoltan shield — huge waste of missiles trying to get it down and by that point I've taken significant damage.

What's the preferred strategy here? Are you meant to find as many stores as possible and hope you get a good weapon? I also experimented with hacking shields + combat drones but again, it's a huge drain on drone parts.
