FTLMultiverse Freeze on Launch (Epic Games) Posted: 30 May 2021 08:53 PM PDT Almost all of the progress bar has loaded, the music starts playing and then it stays like this forever. When I launch the game without any mods, a warning pops up that Hyperspace.xml is not installed, just as the music starts playing, so this is likely something to do with the issue. ​ Any ideas on how to fix this please? I have tried just running Multiverse and no Hyperspace (same issue) and redownloading and reinstalling the mods. Questions from a newb Posted: 30 May 2021 06:43 AM PDT Just picked up the game last week. I have some random questions from the sub. 1) should I play vanilla version or advanced? I'm starting to get the hang of the learning curve with the basics. Have gotten to final battle twice now. Should I only play advanced so I can take advantage of hacking and flak guns? 2) if I am boarding and the enemy ship has 1 HP left and my boarders damage the system of the room they are in, would that destroy the ship? 3) what is the most consistent defense strategy against late game missiles.
