Finally got the Crystal Worlds Posted: 17 Jul 2021 11:13 AM PDT | ||
Posted: 17 Jul 2021 04:23 PM PDT So there is some thing I am just missing. I know mantis B is supposed to be one of the better ships of the game, but no matter what I do I get completely killed. I do just fine for the most part because the layout and the power of the ship is so strong. However, at some point in time an enemy missile will hit the bugged area that the defense drone won't target which will either take out my shields or take out my drones and my mantis crewmates cannot repair it fast enough before I end up getting blown up. The worst part is that I think I'm doing just fine and I almost always lose to either the bogged area getting hit or me miss playing my micro management and accidentally leave my boarding crew on a ship that blew up. Even in normal mode though, I am on my 15th or 16th run and I cannot beat it it is driving me up the wall, please help me out 😠Usually what will happen is I will look to upgrade my teleporter to level 2, pick up a cheap burst laser or bomb, and then depending on what is available slowly start to upgrade and gather more crewmates. I shoot for a full boarding crew of mantis, and then start to fill out my positions on the ship. At this point in time, either some random-ass RNG gives me too many Zships enemies, please or I proceeded to completely annihilate every single person in my past until around sector or five or six and when one of the above scenarios transpires. Fed C, disabling enemy weapons early on Posted: 17 Jul 2021 02:35 PM PDT Auto ships are actually the easiest as you can suicide boarders in. Shows off the strengths of Fed C. One damage point takes a long ass time though. On crewed ships, you have to fight before weapons go down. What then? I keep dying to straight up too much damage early on. Transferring progress to a new iPad? Posted: 17 Jul 2021 02:57 AM PDT Hello! I am new to ftl and have been really enjoying it , even though I have yet to beat easy mode (I thought I had won to learn the final boss has more than one form lol). I was just trying to figure out how to ensure my progress will not be lost if I eventually get a new device. If I do an iCloud backup and restore it, will my progress transfer? I've read mixed things from searching older posts and I really don't want to end up losing any progress I do end up making. From what I've read I know that if I delete the app and redownload it on the new device I will lose my progress, but does doing a backup prevent this? Thanks for any advice!, [link] [comments] |
