The secret weakness of the Rebel Flagship Posted: 23 Dec 2019 09:29 PM PST There is a certain mystery regerding the secret information we have to bring to the Federation base in order to defeat the Rebels - the secret and fatal weakness of the Rebel Flagship. I'm sure this has been discussed here before, but I might have a fresh idea on the subject. Here goes: Remember how battle-hardened veterans from Into the Breach travel through timelines professionally disposing of Vek and saving lives? The same way you travel through worlds in FTL. The FTL worlds are completely different from each other, yet parallel in a sense: different geography, yet same technology and same people. The only fixed point in the FTL universe is the Rebel Flagship. It makes the flagship vulnarable to you since you have battled it a hundred times already, knowing its layout, its weapons, its every move. Your whole existance is dedicated to its destruction and you build up for that exact purpose! This is the mysterious fatal weakness! What do you think? [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 23 Dec 2019 08:34 AM PST The fire bomb is so frustrating. Not only do you have to worry about a miss, but it might also NOT START A FIRE! Twice the miss chance while using up a resource. I feel better getting that off my chest. It's not worthless, it's a fine weapons. Just annoying as hell. [link] [comments] |
